ABOUT ME
Jen Harris a Certified Nutrition Coach, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Sleep, Stress, Recovery Coach, Certified Kettlebell Coach and ISSA Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist.
She has a passion for helping others achieve their individual goals by creating a sustainable healthy lifestyle with balance. She provides nutritional guidance and support when planning and prepping effective meals that will be easy to make and understand. Jen does not believe in eliminating food groups or “dieting.” She believes life is too short to not eat foods you enjoy. It’s all about BALANCE.
Jen has seen first hand the effects that our busy lives have on our nutrition and stress levels, and therefore our bodies. Early in her professional career, Jen worked as a touring stagehand, constantly eating meals on-the-go. It not only impacted her weight, but her mental well-being and her ability to perform her job to the best of her abilities. Shortly after her daughter was born, she decided it was time to get healthy and fuel her body with the foods that made it feel its best, and soon enough, the weight came off as well. It was during this time that Jen also got her certification in kettlebell coaching and Krav Maga and began teaching a variety of exercise and strength-training classes.
Today, at 48, Jen has never felt as good as she does now, and she knows it’s all thanks to eating the right foods for her body and staying active.
